The purpose of this course is to highlight the importance of designing an effective compensation system which is equitable & motivates the employees & acts as an effective retention strategy.

that Success in today’s competitive business environment is increasingly the function

Will give an understanding of how leadership, affects various facets of organisational life at the individual, group & macro levels. Will learn how leaders help elevate followers to high levels of motivation & morality.
